CSPL has among the few in-line conveyorised hands-free doming application units in the world, able to produce high quality domed labels with acrylic adhesive – suitable for plastic, metal as well as glass. We can produce 200,000 doming labels in a single 8 hour shift. 

These PU domed labels are abrasion resistant and are available in hard, medium and soft forms. They are chemically treated to prevent cracking of the PU coating and have an advantage over epoxy resin domed labels, which are available only in hard form and prone to scratches and cracks.

PU domed labels are highly flexible and 100% transparent in comparison to epoxy resin domed labels which often turn yellow within a month and are comparatively stiff and non-conformable.

Domed labels are used in the consumer durables industry on surfaces such as refrigerators, airconditioners and microwaves to enhance the brand image. CSPL also uses doming to manufacture products such as Dash Board Trims which transform the interiors of automobiles and give them a more luxurious look and feel.
